This ‘N That Bakery recently debuted with Newark native Antoinette at the helm. She decided to open her own bakery after spending many years in her own kitchen perfecting the art of baking. Antoinette and her team continue to craft their sweets from scratch and by hand, just as she did at home, but together they create a much larger spread of snacks.

Swing by This ‘N That on your way to work to grab a cup of coffee and a muffin, a fruit tart, or a lemon-ricotta cheese bar. Or stop in before your lunch break ends for an afternoon pick-me-up, like the mixed berry fluffy pie, the chocolate-dipped Oreo, or a massive cookie or brownie. The bakery can also customize a cake for a special occasion. Start by selecting your cake flavor from a list that includes everything from yellow to strawberry. Then choose fillings, such as fruit preserves or buttercream, and icing. You can also order a dozen cupcakes or Mega Cupcakes.
