Say Hello to Autumn at the Taste of Newark 2017

Just a few days after the autumn equinox, the Taste of Newark 2017 rings in the new season at the University of Delaware. It’s a perfect way to say goodbye to the summer months and embrace autumn at a gathering that revolves around good food, good drink, and good company.

Come to the sun-dappled Old College Lawn at the University of Delaware at noon on Sunday, September 24th, and wear clothing with some give. Over the next three hours, chances are your waist size will increase a bit thanks to the vast selection of foods from some of Newark’s best restaurants. Local vineyards will pour glasses of top-shelf wines while regional breweries offer up pints of their craft beers. Tickets are $50 and help raise funds for the University of Delaware’s Department of Hospitality Business Management, the Newark Arts Alliance, and the Downtown Newark Partnership.
