It is located in the beautiful Riverfront neighborhood of Wilmington, Delaware amidst flower plants, trees, and the winding Christina River. Within an easy stroll is Constitution Yards Beer Garden, where a variety of year-round activities take place. Also close by are the Wilmington Blue Rocks Stadium and the Chase Center, each of which hosts sports and large-scale community events.
The Residences at Justison Landing has on the premises a handy pet store and pet groomer, and this contributes to supporting the pet-friendly community atmosphere. Starbucks is located within this apartment complex, right across the street from a fine bar and Mexican restaurant called Del Pez, and the Penn Cinema movie theater is an easy walk. This new cinema complex has 14 theatres, most with reclining seats and includes an IMAX.
Justison Landing is within easy reach of the Amtrak Station and I-95, making this a perfect location from which to travel throughout the Northeast.
From the start to end, management were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with any and all concerns. We were delighted with their service. We were also thrilled with the maintenance service. The few instances in which we needed something repaired were met with an instantaneous and professional response which fixed the issue.
My family and I would highly recommend living here. We would remain forever if not for the fact that we must move across the country for personal and business reasons.
