How do I pay my rent?

It’s easy! Simply click here or go to the menu and go to Residents Corner than select ‘Connect’ from the drop-down menu.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

Our concierge will absolutely accept your packages, dry cleaning, groceries etc. No problem! We will leave a notice on your mailbox that you package has arrived. We make life easy at the The Residences at Justison Landing!

How do I report a maintenance issue?

It’s simple- just log in to the Resident portal ‘Connect‘ and report your issue and our maintenance team will handle it and keep you updated.
